Training for the citizen athlete
Our services are as personal and casual as they get. Training from my home garage gym.
We find out; where you are physically, Where you want to go, What you like, and Together, we build a program that works for you.
There are so many movement you can do to build strength, with just your body weight. We put those movements together so your building strength and conditioning at the same time.
We want to build form and intention. An understanding of what we are trying to work and how to work it safely. We’ll start with Dumbbells.
“Intro” is code for you will not be hitting or getting hit by other people. That comes later. First few classes we learn the basic, and then use those basics to get a good work out in! Sometime that means doing drill with your classmates, but nobodies getting punched in the nose.
Grab two or three buddies, pick one of the classes , or just let us know what you as a group want to focus on, and we’ll do a private just for you guys! Four people max.
